Therapy for Overwhelmed Professionals, Perfectionists, & Neurodivergent Adults in Colorado

You look like you’re holding it all together—But inside, you’re exhausted, anxious, and wondering why it feels so hard.

You're not failing. You're functioning in overdrive.
I help high-achieving adults, professionals, and neurodivergent clients untangle the pressure, perfectionism, and patterns that keep them stuck.

Welcome!

Cozy therapist office with chairs, couch and desk.

Therapy that helps you feel different—not just function better.

You’ve always been the one who figures it out. Smart, capable, resilient.
But lately, the overwhelm is constant. You’re stuck in loops of self-doubt, anxious perfectionism, or mental rituals you can’t shake.

Maybe it’s undiagnosed ADHD or OCD. Maybe it’s trauma you’ve carried silently for years. Maybe you’re just tired of managing when you want to feel different.

At Mighty Acorn Therapy, I help adults and couples break the cycle of internal pressure and rewire the deeper patterns that keep them stuck.

Welcome and hello!

I’m Michelle—therapist, mom of four, home renovator, entrepreneur, and lifelong psychology nerd.

I specialize in helping high-functioning adults and couples who look successful on the outside, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck behind the scenes. My clients are often navigating ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, or unresolved trauma—and they're ready for therapy that goes deeper than symptom management.

I blend clinical expertise with lived experience and genuine curiosity. Therapy with me is warm, honest, and focused on helping you reconnect with who you are beneath the pressure.

Your healing journey might just begin with one small, brave step.

“Adversity is like a strong wind. It tears away from us all but the things that cannot be torn, so that we see ourselves as we really are.” - Arthur Golden
