This isn’t just about ADHD theory — it’s about making your home life calmer and more manageable. In our 6 weeks together, you’ll learn and practice strategies to help with:

  • Homework battles → creating structure and focus strategies that reduce stress for both parent and child

  • Bedtime routines → smoother wind-downs and less fighting at the end of the day

  • Morning chaos → getting out the door with fewer meltdowns and more peace

  • Emotional overload (yours and theirs) → practical tools for staying calm when your child is dysregulated

  • Boundaries that stick → saying no without guilt and creating clear, loving limits

  • Regulation skills → helping your child move from chaos to calm using movement, structure, and connection

You’ll also have the support of other parents walking the same road, so you’ll leave each week feeling less alone and more equipped.

- Parents of children with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected)

- Parents who are neurodivergent themselves and want support parenting with ADHD

- Anyone feeling overwhelmed, alone, or stuck in daily chaos
